Taking care of your teeth and gums at home is the most important part of maintaining optimal oral health. You may only see your dental team twice a year, but you should be taking care of your teeth at least twice a day! We’ve provided you with some helpful information to arm yourself with the best techniques to take care of your teeth and gums!

 

  1. Brush your teeth at least twice a day, morning and night for two minutes!
  2. Floss at least once a day
  3. Use a mouthrinse, such as Listerine, Closys, or Act
  4. We highly recommend power toothbrushes, ask about them at your next appointment
